As a teacher, one should be equipped with the following qualities: - Caring - Helpful - Patient (most impt!) - Always eager to help without any moanings or grumbles - Knowledgeable (well at the very least with the subject u are teaching) - ability to communicate - understanding - practice equality towards students (giving every student a fair and equal chance; well everybody deserves 1) - supportive
Sad to say.. not all teachers can fulfil them.. esp a teacher who pissed me off today.. Well not jus tat he dun fulfil any of the criteria mentioned above.. instead he can say to entail all the followings:
- lazy (not bothering to mark our paper and instead lying tat he wan to give us a chance to noe how teacher marks. CRAPS! ) - not motivative ( y on the earth would a teacher say:"i noe ur cannot do by urself wan la..") - Bias (this point is self explanatory i guess)
All in all he does not deserve to be a teacher! Further more he is counted as experienced since he has worked in this field for a rather long time or at least long enough to be counted as "experienced". If i noe every single thing i wouldn't be sitting in the stupid stuffy classroom asking u tat tutorial qns! I would be ur principal and sack u straight away!
but i mus still praise some of our teachers who are really caring and motivative while some are still trying to but well at least the effort is commendable..
